🔁 Cancellations
- Service-Based Cancellations
You may cancel a service by providing written notice via email at least 3 business days before the project start date or next billing cycle. - Ongoing/Subscription Services
For monthly services like SEO or ads management, cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the next renewal date. Otherwise, the service will be billed for the upcoming cycle. - One-Time Projects (e.g., Web Design)
Cancellations made after work has commenced are non-refundable. If no work has started, a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the project cost may be applied for time/resources allocated.
💰 Refunds
- General Policy
Due to the nature of digital services and the resources involved, we do not offer refunds once a project or service has been initiated or delivered. - Non-Refundable Services
- SEO services after execution begins
- Paid ad campaigns already launched
- Completed designs, creatives, or strategy documents
- Any third-party costs (e.g., ad budget, hosting)
- Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in cases where:
- A duplicate payment was made by mistake
- Services were not initiated at all, and cancellation was requested timely
- DeshGrow failed to deliver the service due to internal errors (at our sole discretion)
- Processing of Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
